Architectural work focused on the preservation, rehabilitation, and restoration of diverse historic structures with over twenty years of experience including historic building investigation and documentation, project production, management, and construction administration as well as producing numerous feasibility, master planning, and condition assessment studies. Expertise in the treatment of historic building fabric and materials conservation as well as extensive experience in governmental regulations and design review.

Experience prior to establishing an architectural practice in North Carolina in 1995 included project architect positions for firms in Atlanta and Washington, DC.
