"We knew instantly that we would choose you as our architect. Why? Among other reasons: You didn't talk down to us. You were a good listener. You were patient as "we" changed our minds (numerous times, I think). You were a perfectionist without being overbearing about it. We could go on.

Finally, one of the nice things about our house in North Carolina is that we became personal friends with both our architect and our builder. Not sure that is all that common an occurrence."
